Beach Condo - 663 William Hilton Pkwy - Hilton Head Island, S.C.
What does the interior of the condo offer? Furnished, charming, air-conditioned 2 BD, 2 full baths,
sleeps 5 (limit 4 adults), balcony. NO smoking, NO pets. A
surround-sound TV with a host of satellite channels and DVD-VHR combo are available for your viewing
enjoyment. Lovely Master BD has queen bed with adjoining full bath and
extra TV. Guest BD has both a queen and twin bed. 2nd full bath has
shower. Kitchen comes fully furnished with all cooking and dining
conveniences.Are you a resort? We are a condo unit with resort
amenities, hence, Hilton Head Resort. Short-term vacationers are more
prominent in the summer months (our busiest time of the year when
everything is open). We will be more than happy to accommodate you
with our snowbird (monthly) and weekly rentals during the quieter,
non-peak season.
Are you on the beach? Yes! The beach fronts our Resort.
The only 'soft barrier' separating us from the beach is a wetland--a
scenic marshland--which takes approximately 5 minutes to walk via a
private community boardwalk. Not up to walking? Then, take the shuttle! No
crossing streets and no sharing with other communities! Full-service
cabana with beach volleyball and bathrooms directly on the beach (open March through October) serves foods and drinks.
What are the Check-in and Check-out times? These times are
enforced for ample cleaning and maintenance arrangements. Please observe them:

What
is your minimum stay for short-term rentals?
- Short stays available during the off-season
ONLY (minimum 3-night stay). $299/3 nights; $399/4 nights; $499/5 nights includes
everything (taxes, linens, cleaning) with check-in, check-out flex dates.
- $750/wk.
+ cleaning summer season (June through August Sat-Sat--weekly rates ONLY)
- $595/wk.
+ cleaning remainder of year (Sept-May) w/flex check-in & check-out dates
- Rates
include 11% accommodation taxes & linens. Excludes beach
towels. Additional $85
cleaning fee on weekly stays. Toiletries and other supplies not
included. Coin-operated
washers/dryers on each floor.
Can
I rent long-term?

What
are your policies regarding villa booking and cancellations? Can I
view your calendar?
- A CALENDAR
(view) is available for
booking your vacation with a non-refundable $100
deposit required to hold your reservation; however,
reschedules are fine. At least *thirty-five (35) days prior to your
arrival, the balance is due. Snowbird rentals require a
non-refundable $100 deposit with balance due 35 days prior to
check-in.
- Personal
checks & money orders accepted in the U.S., made out in the
exact amount of rental fee. (Note: NO refunds issued
until monies have cleared.)
- Major
credit cards ($US), personal checks, and Western Union accepted world-wide (link).
Credit card fee applies.
- Upon
full receipt of your payment (and check has cleared), we then mail
you a Visitor's Package with your parking pass, key code, driving
directions, The Resort's Rules & Regulations,
etc. Cancellations must be made within 45 days for refunds
toward the balance (deposit excluded). Any credits can apply toward a new
booking if used within a 12-month period.
What
Property Amenities do you offer?
- Six
(6) lighted Tennis courts, racquetball, heated pool, outside
pools, sauna, public hot tub, indoor walking track, exercise area.
- Community
is gated with 24-hour surveillance.
- Designated
picnic area with grills.
- Onsite
Internet cafe (fee-based).
- Free
Wi-Fi hotspot available in Bldg. 3 (indoor pool area).
- Garage
parking is not assigned but if available, feel free to park in
them.
- Meeting
Room onsite requires reservation (no fee and based upon
availability).
- Coin-operated
washers/dryers (takes quarters) on each floor. $1.50/load for
washer and $1.50/load for dryer (bring washing supplies).
- Convenience/gift
store onsite (also serves meals).
- We
are a beach-side resort--no crossing streets and our 300-yard
boardwalk is not shared with the general public. Not up to
walking, take the shuttle!
- Full-service
cabana with bathrooms & beach volleyball on beach open March through October.
Must
we abide by Resort Rules when renting? Yes! (please
read here)
- The
resort only allows 4 adults in a 2-bedroom villa.
- NO
Pets - NO Smoking enforced. When checking out please
ensure dishwasher is empty and kitchen is reasonably clean.
Do not leave food in the refrigerator or trash in the condo.
We will not be responsible for personal items left behind.
